I found the hotel to have some appealing architecture and the room itself was fine, but overall, it fell short of my expectations for a five-star stay. The service was a significant letdown, especially upon arrival when no dining options were available and the breakfast did not meet my expectations. The dining experience in the evening was also disappointing. It's hard to justify a five-star rating given these issues.
